Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of the Agreement made on the date of scheduling between Elegant Audio LLC, and the Client, collectively referred to as the “Parties.

Cancellation by Client

  1. The Client may cancel the booked services up to one week before the event date by notifying the Provider via a clear statement by e-mail at returns@elegantaudio.org. A cancellation fee of $100 will be retained by the Provider to cover administrative costs and potential lost opportunities.

  2. If the Client cancels the services within one week of the event date, the Provider is entitled to retain the initial 50% deposit as a cancellation fee.

  3. Cancellations made on the day of the event or failure to inform the Provider will result in the full invoiced amount being due.

Refunds
  1. Refunds will be processed where applicable, within 30 days from the date of cancellation notice. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon by both Parties.

  2. No fees will be charged for processing the refund.

Non-refundable Circumstances
  1. The Provider will not issue refunds for partial service delivery if the event commences but is cut short by the Client or due to external factors beyond the control of the Provider.

  2. Additional services such as special gear upgrades or extra equipment that have already been procured or rented on behalf of the Client at their request are not refundable.

Event Postponement
  1. Should the Client need to postpone the event, the Client must notify the Provider as soon as possible. Postponement is subject to availability of the Provider, and additional charges may apply depending on the new date and requirements.
